Happy Sunday! Here are my recommendations for what to read, listen to, eat, and do from my adventures this week.
READ. This woman’s response to Google’s new logo design. IMHO, it’s a brilliant move on Google’s part. Sans serif fonts work better for young people learning to read, older people for whom reading may be a little harder, and people who don’t have fancy high-resolution electronic devices. All of these groups could certainly benefit from the access to information Google provides.
LISTEN TO. This man, just doin’ his job.
EAT. Homemade pretzels. You could even pair with some delicious beer cheese. (Sidenote: Did you know pretzels are so deliciously crusty because they are boiled in baking soda prior to baking in the oven?)
DO. Buy an adult coloring book. After hearing about their meditative and therapeutic powers, I bought a 24-pack of colored pencils and a copy of Enchanted Forest. So very worth it.
